About Me


Hey! I’m Damien Nathan Cross. yes, two names, because apparently my parents were feeling fancy when they filled out the birth certificate. But you can just call me Damien, Damo, or “that kid with the blue hair” if you’re too lazy to remember my name. I’m 15, I live in Newcastle upon Tyne, and I’ve got this little corner of the internet to dump all the stuff I’m into and maybe post my art when I’m not being lazy about scanning it.

What I’m Into



I’ve got way too many pop culture obsessions, so buckle up:
  1. Mega Man: Been into this since I was tiny. Still think Mega Man X is peak gaming.

  2. Star Trek: Next Generation supremacy. Sorry, I don’t make the rules.

  3. Transformers: Big robots that turn into cars and planes? Yes, please. My fave’s Soundwave.

  4. Sonic the Hedgehog: I’ve got a soft spot for the blue blur, even if some of the games are… questionable.

  5. Gorillaz: Been blasting “Feel Good Inc.” since forever.

  6. Arctic Monkeys: Hometown heroes. (Sort of. Close enough.)

  7. The Killers: Mr. Brightside will always be a banger, don’t care how overplayed it is.

  8. The Simpsons: Seasons 1–10 are the GOAT. After that… let’s just say I rewatch the classics.


What I Do



When I’m not at school or out with friends, you’ll probably find me:
  1. Drawing robots, monsters, and weird cartoon characters in my sketchbook. I like making up characters that look like they crawled out of some bizarre retro video game.

  2. Walking my dog, Stone: He’s a greyhound and an absolute legend. Loves running but somehow also loves sleeping for like 20 hours a day.

  3. Listening to music: Half the time I’m in my headphones, blasting something loud enough to drown out the world.

  4. Messing around with old tech: I’ve got a bunch of dusty consoles, floppy disks, and random junk from car boot sales.

  5. Hanging around the city: Usually with friends, just talking rubbish and trying not to spend all my money on corner shop snacks.


Who I Am



If I had to sum myself up, I’m… “A bit of a scene kid with a love for blue hair dye, band tees, and sketchbooks full of nonsense.”

I like bright colours, loud music, and staying up too late scrolling through art and weird websites. I don’t really fit in one box, but I think that’s a good thing. Life’s more fun when you’re a little bit of everything.
